As a general rule, the nominator should limit documentation to no more than four, single-spaced typewritten pages (or equivalent, if handwritten). There are two critical considerations for the nomination materials: (1) Be responsive to the criterion for the award ("a record of outstanding achievements in a career and/or civic involvement"); and (2) Remember that selection committee members will make their determinations based on the responsiveness, clarity and completeness of the nomination materials.
